Certain of the REIT’s securities are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The REIT’s trust units trade under the symbol AX.UN. The REIT has issued preferred units. Series E Units and Series I Units trade under the symbols AX.PR.E and AX.PR.I, respectively.

The REIT and its preferred units have received an investment grade rating from DBRS:  BBB (Low) and Pfd-3 (Low).
