Artis REIT’s Unitholders may enroll in the Distribution Reinvestment and Unit Purchase Plan (the “DRIP”) and elect to automatically reinvest all or a portion of their regular monthly cash distributions from Artis REIT in new Units, without paying any fees or commissions under the plan. Registered Unitholders may also purchase new Units by way of an additional cash payment. These purchases will not be subject to fees or commissions, although no bonus distribution is available for this option.

Q: What are the benefits of the DRIP?
A: Monthly cash distributions from Artis REIT are automatically reinvested in additional Units, increasing your ownership interest in Artis REIT on an ongoing basis. These purchases will not be subject to fees or commissions.  With each reinvestment, you will also receive a “bonus” distribution of Units equal to 4% of the amount of your cash distribution reinvested pursuant to the DRIP.

Q: How do I apply?
A: Your brokerage firm can assist you with the process and help you enroll in the DRIP. If you do not have a broker, then you must fill out the applicable forms and send these to CIBC Mellon Trust Company.

Q: I am a U.S. resident; can I still enroll in the DRIP?
A: Only Canadian residents are eligible to enroll in the DRIP at this time.

Q: I have a question about the DRIP. Who do I call?
