Artis purchased Maple Grove Industrial Center with excess land potential for future development in 2010. At time of purchase the building comprised 175,000 square feet and was 100% leased to Caterpillar Paving Products, Inc. The Maple Grove Industrial Center is a warehouse and distribution facility constructed in 1974. It is comprised of a 255,501 square feet of gross leasable area. The property is located in a suburb of Minneapolis and enjoys excellent access to the U.S. Highway 169 and Interstate 94.
In 2012, Artis constructed an additional 80,600 square feet which is fully leased.
