In 2014, Artis completed an additional development of Linden Ridge Shopping Centre, an 87,000 square foot addition which is 100% leased to Marshall’s, PetSmart, SportChek and Dollar Tree. Linden Ridge Shopping Centre is a retail centre located on the Kenaston/McGillivray power node in south-west Winnipeg. This node, strategically situated midway between Polo Park Shopping Centre and St. Vital Shopping Centre, includes such large national retailers as Canadian Tire, Costco, Home Depot, RONA, Sobeys and Walmart.
